Counselling and Supervision

 
Coordinators: Ute Thies (primary school) and Dr. Jürgen Scherb (secondary school)

Supervision:
The Counselling team consists of teachers from different language sections. The members of the counselling team meet regularly conducted by an external psychologist in order to receive further training. These teachers are contact partners for pupils, who require counselling in particular situations.

Three -hours meetings are held each month. At the end of each school year a 1-2 days final sessions held outside the school premises.

Mrs Thies from the primary school and Mr Scherb from the secondary school coordinate the supervision sessions and the counselling services for our students.

The participating teachers (counsellors) are the first contact persons for students who wish to have counselling sessions in special situations.

Counselling services for students:
An appropriate timetable for the timetable in the counselling room (room 103) was planned in the secondary school, but had not been able to be approved.

Annual closing session at the Hesselberg (Mfr):
The annual closing session of school year 2010/11 was held in the conference centre at the Hesselberg, Bavaria. The theme was: “Value – are things that cost nothing worth something?” Documents can be obtained from Mr Scherb.
